Managing Director

In Matt’s 25+ year career he has worked in, supervised and managed contracts from Melbourne to Cairns and is now focused on growing The Sebastian portfolio, where his strengths in organisational planning and service delivery management mean that you will receive best value for money.

Matt is an expert in cleaning, cleaning for hygiene and especially floor management techniques and is the technical advisor to the entire Sebastian team on all matters cleaning and service delivery.

As an early adopter of new technologies, Matt had the Sebastian team using PDAs and other performance monitoring processes, long before the industry adopted those technologies as a business as usual approach, including the use of environmentally accredited chemicals and processes, use of Microfibre and the most cutting edge equipment, that would not only be more efficient, but would produce a more effective result in a safer and more environmentally conscious method.

Matt serves the Victorian division of the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia as Vice President and has been a member of the Building Services Contractors Association International since 2009 where he has been an active member attending international peak body conferences on several occasions

Matt is a Committee Member of the Victorian Chapter of the Facilities Management Association of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Level 1 Coach.

Tahir has been in cleaning industry for over 20 years. Starting from a part time cleaner in a high rise building in the city, working through the ranks to current position of a State Operations Manager for Sebastian services.

Tahir spent his first 10 years in cleaning industry mainly working in a  shopping centres portfolio for a large service provider in Victoria and interstate. He spent 3 years of that as a regional manager in United Kingdom working mainly on shopping centres, which he was specifically promoted for from Australian office, due to his knowledge and experience.

Since returning to Australia in 2009 Tahir has worked in different sectors of cleaning industries. Medical field looking after large contracts as well as major bank contract nationally.

During this time Tahir has developed knowledge in working for car rental industry for number of major rental companies, this being all new set of skills sets away from cleaning.

Tahir’s operations knowledge is large across all sectors of cleaning and his client first can do attitude filters through his operations team.

Tahir is looking forward to bring all his knowledge to Sebastian services and developing the company to higher levels as a market leader.

Jason Stock

Technical & Specialist Services Manager

Jason joins the Sebastian Team as Technical & Specialist Services Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding floor care and other specialised solutions.

As a former Chef, Production Manager and Sales person, Jason is customer-focused and primed to deliver beyond client expectations.

Jason is married has 4 children and has lived, worked and played in the local area for his adult life.

Dianne Simpson

Office Manager

Dianne has worked with Sebastian for more than 16 years during which time she has implemented significant management process amendments including the implementation of the Sebastian financial management package, Triumph, our electronic time in attendance system Ezi-Tracker, our contract performance management system Cleantelligent and has managed the transition of 2 servers and resultant upgrades in the past 9 years.

Dianne worked with the Management team to develop, refine and implement the company’s accredited Integrated Management System certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and AS 4801. Dianne manages document and version control of the system.

Dianne’s role is to oversee all administrative functions and ensure that business compliance is maintained including pre-preparation of tax affairs, payroll management.

Dianne holds a Diploma of Business Management and was awarded a BSCA Award in 2013 for excellence in Operations Customer Service and Business Administration.

23 years including fifteen years heading office administration at Sebastian. Responsible for HR including Payroll, Administration, Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Sandra Bryan

Operations and Administration Support Officer

Sandra has joined the Sebastian team on a 4 days per week basis, in the role of Operations and Administration Support Officer.

Sandra comes from a varied career background. From Accounts and Payroll to Project Administration. She has worked from the health sector to the construction industry and many points in between.

Sandra’s role in the Sebastian team is to provide customer-focused support to the whole Sebastian family, from our valued clients to our dedicated cleaning and management teams.

Effie’s role the Sebastian Management Team is to add value to each of the client sites she oversees by providing additional training to team members with a focus on detail cleaning and training team members to be responsive to customer requirements.

In her role as cleaner, prior to her promotion to Customer Service Supervisor in February 2016, Effie was applauded by the clients she worked with for her dedication, exceptional results and her ability to see things that others didn’t.

David Morales

David Morales has worked with the Sebastian team for more than 7 years.

David is a hands-on manager, who likes to see that his team can do what needs to be done, not just because he has asked them, but because he has shown them, trained them and continued to work with them.

David oversees all Sebastian operations in and around the CBD of Melbourne.

Ravi has worked with the Sebastian Property Services for more than 10 years.

Ravi is a Detail-Oriented sites manager consistently delivering strong leadership, raising staff motivation, and increasing quality through close monitoring and evaluation of workmanship.

Ravi oversees all Sebastian operations in and around the CBD of Melbourne.
