Himanshu has extensive experience in the Commercial Cleaning Industry from sales, marketing, project coordination, tendering jobs to customer service both in New Zealand and Australia. Over his 14-year career he has successfully managed Commercial, Industrial, Construction and Retail Clients. His master’s degree in business also helps him to Identify market opportunities and what it takes to succeed in business. Himanshu has a proven track record in maintaining client relationships which in turn helps him in to bring in new business.

Leah has lived in regional Victoria for 25+ years. She started her journey with Sebastian Property Services in 2017 as our Site Supervisor at Tidal River, Wilsons Promontory. Leah’s hard work and dedication earned her a promotion to Regional Customer Service Manager in 2019, where she now looks after all our core regional sites ranging from schools and childcare centres to supermarkets and council offices.

Ravi has worked with the Sebastian Property Services for more than 10 years.

Ravi is a Detail-Oriented sites manager consistently delivering strong leadership, raising staff motivation, and increasing quality through close monitoring and evaluation of workmanship.

Ravi oversees all Sebastian operations in and around the CBD of Melbourne.

Phil is a talented cleaning manager with an extensive 15 years of cleaning experience. He has worked supervising and managing Governments, Education, Executive and Retail contracts in and around Melbourne CBD before joining Sebastian Property Services.

He oversees a private college in Lilydale where he is continuing building strong rapport with the client, patrons, and his team. He is very passionate and likes to strive excellence with a can-do attitude.
